Remifol Cut & GO series colored plotter foils have been developed for you to get performance in all conditions and surfaces, and as a result of the studies carried out in the laboratory and application centers, some conditions have been determined for you to get the best performance. First of all, be careful to use products with the same batch number in serial applications. We guarantee that there will be no difference between products belonging to the same batch. However, since the PVCs of products produced in different batches will also be produced in different batches, we recommend that the warning of PVC manufacturers should be taken into account that small amounts may vary. However, products produced in different batches can be tested and controlled by the user.

● Keep the unpacked products on horizontal hangers or upright on the plastic centerers attached to the bobbin heads of the products.
● In order to get the best performance from Remifol products, the environment where the product is stored should have a humidity of 40% to 50% and an ambient temperature of +18 to +22 C. Shrinkage or expansion may occur in the carrier papers of the products kept under different environmental conditions. In these cases, dimensional changes may occur in foils.
● The surfaces on which the material will be applied must be thoroughly cleaned and cleared of dust, oil or dirt. Insufficiently cleaned surfaces can affect the adhesion of the material. If the application surface is painted or varnished, you should make sure that it is completely dry. You should use isopropanol-based product for surface cleaning. Cleaners with different chemical contents can damage the adhesive of the product. If you have used solvent for cleaning the surface, make sure that the solvent evaporates completely from the surface and there is no residue. Since solvent residue can damage the adhesive, it is likely to leave a glue stain on the floor during removal.
● You can apply Remifol colored cutting foils dry or with water. For wet applications, the air temperature should not be below 18 C. In order for the product to be applied to the floor more easily and to be exposed properly, mix some detergent that does not contain heavy chemicals into some water and spray it on the adhesive surface of the foil. In order not to leave any liquid residue between the surface and the foil, press it up with a squeegee. Since the adhesive is sensitive to pressure, a few hours after the application, apply a little more pressure on the foil with the help of a squeegee.
● After the application, you must apply the products in one direction in order to avoid color difference between the films that are the continuation of each other.
